Returns Information


You can perform the exchange transactions of the products you have purchased from Evenactive.com via our website.


Returns of products whose original packaging is damaged, used and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted. The original invoice and all copies you have must be sent together with the product you want to return. Returns are not accepted for products without invoices.

Exchanges and returns are made within 14 days for Evenactive products, provided that the label has not been removed. In product returns with a corporate sales invoice, a return invoice must be issued to us. No transactions can be made for products without a return invoice.

If you want to return the product you have purchased, you can request a return by selecting the relevant order on the "My Account > My Orders" page. The shipping fee for the product you want to return is covered by our company. For free return shipping, you must send it through our contracted cargo company in accordance with the information provided to you by the system after creating your return request. In shipments other than our contracted cargo company, the shipping fee belongs to the recipient and shipments paid by the recipient are not accepted.

The code required for return will be sent by e-mail. You can make your return by sending the code to the cargo officer.

After your product reaches us, if no definite malfunction or deterioration due to reasons such as usage error is detected after the examinations to be carried out by our authorities, the product price will be refunded to your credit card within the legal period of 14 days. This period starts with us receiving the product you returned.

When your return request is approved, you will be informed by e-mail. If your return request is not approved as a result of the examinations to be carried out by our authorities, the reason for return rejection will be communicated and the product(s) you sent for return will be sent back to the delivery address you specified.


For product return, the application must definitely be made with the product's delivery note, exchange card or invoice printout, the product must have its original labels intact, must be unused and must be delivered to you completely with all its accessories as it was received.
